Advt No. 20 - SBIL, Kolkata Posts
  • Preference for Dean along with Faculty posts is given to aspirants with an MBA/Ph.D./M.Phil. in Banking & Finance in addition to/or teaching experience in Executive Education, along with to those with proven experience in Corporate Leadership Roles. For Marketing Executive, preference is given to test-takers with experience in branding, international partnerships, programme portfolio generation, in addition to revenue generation.

SBI SCO Recruitment 2026-27 Remuneration / CTC

SBI SCO Recruitment 2026-27 Application Fee

Common Selection Process (Both Notifications)
  • Candidates should note that, Shortlisting: A shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank decides the shortlisting parameters; merely fulfilling minimum qualification in addition to experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The Bank's decision is final, with no correspondence entertained.
  • CTC Negotiation: Conducted with applicants in order of merit, one by one. If a shortlisted candidate does not agree to the negotiated CTC, they are treated as a Voluntary Exit, as well as the next candidate in the merit list is called for negotiation.
  • Merit List: Prepared in descending order based on interview marks only. In case of a tie at the cut-off, aspirants are ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranked higher).

SBI SCO Recruitment 2026-27 Contract Terms
  • Contract Period: 3 years, extendable up to a maximum of 2 further years at the Bank's discretion (total engagement not to exceed 5 years).
  • Notice Period: The contract can be terminated without assigning any reason, by giving 3 months' notice from either side, or by payment/surrender of 3 months' compensation in lieu thereof.
  • According to the latest notice, Leave (Advt No. 20 posts): Officers Engaged on Contract (OECs) are entitled to 30 days' leave during the financial year, granted for genuine as well as appropriate reasons.
