Details
KRCL Junior Scale Executive Selection Process 2026
- Selection is based on valid GATE score as well as does not involve a separate pen- along with -paper test conducted by KRCL. The process is as follows:
- Only GATE 2023, 2024, 2025 in addition to 2026 scores are valid for this recruitment.
- Based on valid GATE scores, applicants up to 10 times the notified posts (category-wise) will be shortlisted in order of merit for Document Verification (DV).
- Only applicants who qualify Document Verification proceed to Presentation along with Personal Interview.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 60% each in Presentation in addition to Personal Interview.
- Aspirants are advised that, Final merit is based on aggregate marks, subject to medical fitness for the respective post.
- A select panel plus a standby panel will be prepared, valid for one year from declaration of results.
- Tie-breaker: older candidate ranked higher; if age is as well equal, alphabetical order (A–Z) of name is used.

- NOC from current employer with date of appointment, for serving Government/PSU employees
Important Conditions
- Serving KRCL employees with at least 3 years of regular service are furthermore meeting criteria to send in, subject to informing their supervisor as well as D&AR/Vigilance clearance.
- aspirants found medically unsuitable for the opted post will not be given any alternative appointment; medical examination expenses are borne by the candidate.
- Shortlisted applicants must execute a service agreement bond to detailed training/probation (2 years) as well as thereafter serve KRCL for at least 3 years, failing which training/probation costs with 12.5% interest are recoverable.
- Selection by KRCL does not confer any right of appointment; appointment is subject to position availability as well as satisfying all qualification criteria.
