Oil India Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
  • Deputy Chief Chemist: Postgraduate Degree in Chemistry of minimum 02 years' duration with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ Grade in addition to must have studied Physics, Chemistry, as well as Mathematics at the graduation level; ALONG WITH Minimum 09 years of Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience.
  • Deputy Chief Engineer (Reservoir): Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering of minimum 04 years' duration with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/ Grade; ALONG WITH Minimum 09 years of Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience OR Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Petroleum Technology of minimum 02 years' duration with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ Grade along with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any discipline of minimum 04 years' duration; ALONG WITH Minimum 09 years of Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience.
  • According to the latest notice, Economist: Postgraduate Degree in Economics or Business Economics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ Grade; IN ADDITION TO Minimum Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience (09 years for Grade D, 13 years for Grade E, 17 years for Grade F).
Oil India Recruitment 2026 - Age Limit
  • Maximum Age Limit: 49 years for all posts.
  • The department has confirmed that, Age relaxation: 5 years for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD as per GoI, 3 years for PhD, internal aspirants up to 54 years.
