Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Research Fellow: M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical as well as Electronics Engineering with a valid GATE score.
- B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical as well as Electronics Engineering with a valid GATE score.
Age Limit
- Junior Research Fellow: Maximum age limit is 35 years as on the closing date of application.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD test-takers will be as per Govt. of India Rules.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 37,000/- p.m. for first two years (JRF)
- Rs. for third year (SRF) 42000/- p.m.
