- B.Tech./ B.E. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant specialization, with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG in addition to PG for GEN/ OBC-NCL/ GEN-EWS along with minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ ST/ PwD. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Materials Engineering; or M.E./ M.Tech.
- (OR) B.Tech./ B.E. or equivalent degree in Metallurgical in addition to Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum CGPA 7.5/ 10 or 70% for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL as well as minimum CGPA 7.0/ 10 or 65% for SC/ ST/ PwD.
- (OR) M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Electronics/ Nanoscience along with Nanotechnology with M.Tech. in Materials Science/ Metallurgy/ Nanoscience in addition to Nanotechnology/ Ceramic Engineering/ Surface Engineering, with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG as well as PG for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL in addition to minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ ST/ PwD.
