  • SC/ST test-takers: Community Certificate in Form III, or a digitally signed certificate issued by a Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildar, along with other required documents.
  • EWS applicants : EWS Certificate as per G.O.(MS) No. 2/2020/P&ARD dated 12.02.2020 / GO(Ms) No. 5/2020/P&EA dated 04.03.2020 (for public sector undertakings), along with other documents.
  • All documents must be produced at the time of OTR verification of original documents .
  • applicants who fail to produce the requir ed documents within the prescribed time limit, or whose applications are found defective, will have their register numbers deleted from the Short List without further notice.
