Who Needs to Download This Call Letter
  • The notice applies to aspirants who have already been declared meeting criteria for the personal interview under Advt No. 47/2023-24, along with whose names appear in the published Detailed Interview Program for the 8th phase (3–7 August 2026), as well as the 13 remaining aspirants from Phase 7 whose interview has been rescheduled to 3 August 2026.
Required Documents
  • As stated in the notice, aspirants must carry the following on the day of the interview:
  • Printed copy of the Interview Call Letter (entry pass) downloaded from the GPSC OJAS portal
  • The official notification states that, Printed copy of the related Annexure (Parishisht) downloaded along with the call letter
  • All certificates listed as applicable in the annexure original documents
  • The department has confirmed that, One self-attested photocopy of each applicable certificate mentioned in the annexure
  • The notice does not list the specific names of the certificates required; it states that whichever certificates are shown as applicable in the downloaded annexure must be brought in original along with a self-attested copy.
How to Download the GPSC Interview Call Letter (Step-by-Step)
  • The official notification states that, Access the authorized portal: Go to https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in .
  • Open the Call Letter section: On the website, go to the "Call Letter/Form" section as well as click on "Interview Call Letter."
  • Aspirants are advised that, Select your advertisement in addition to log in: In "Select Job," choose the relevant advertisement (Advt No. 47/2023-24), then enter your Confirmation Number along with Date of Birth, in addition to click the OK button.
  • obtain the call letter in addition to annexure: After login, get both your interview call letter in addition to the related annexure (parishisht).
  • Print in addition to prepare documents: Take a printout of both documents. Arrange all certificates applicable as stated in the annexure in original, plus one self-attested photocopy of each.
Important Instructions
  • The conducting body has announced that, The call letter along with related annexure can be downloaded only between 24 July 2026, 13:00 hours along with 7 August 2026, 11:00 hours.
  • The 13 remaining aspirants from Phase 7 will have their interview on 3 August 2026 in addition to must appear with their call letter dated 17 July 2026 (i.e., they should use their previously issued call letter, not a new one).
  • No candidate will be allowed entry into the personal interview without the call letter in addition to the related annexure.
  • Aspirants are advised that, GPSC will not send this call letter separately by post; applicants must collect it themselves from the OJAS portal.
  • applicants scheduled in the third phase (as referenced in the notice) must be present on their allotted date along with time; this is compulsory. aspirants who do not appear on their allotted date/time will not be included in any subsequent phase.
