DIAT Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): B.E./ B.Tech/M.Sc. A minimum 02 years of research/teaching/industrial experience in the relevant fields is mandatory. in Physics/ Electronics/ Applied Physics/ Optics/ Photonics of Science/ Engineering with First Division with NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in Physics/ Electronics/ Applied Physics/ Optics/ Photonics of Science/ Engineering with First Division both at Graduate & Post Graduate level.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./ B.Tech/M.Sc. in Physics/ Electronics/ Applied Physics/ Optics/ Photonics of Science/ Engineering with First Division with NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in Physics/ Electronics/ Applied Physics/ Optics/ Photonics of Science/ Engineering with First Division both at Graduate & Post Graduate level.
- Project Assistant (PA): Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proficiency in computers along with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suits. Candidate with prior experience in procurement along with office file management will be preferred.
DIAT Recruitment 2026 - Age Limit
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Maximum age limit is 32 years. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST (05 years), Women & PwBD (05 years), OBC (NCL) (03 years).
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Maximum age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST (05 years), Women & PwBD (05 years), OBC (NCL) (03 years).
- Aspirants are advised that, Project Assistant (PA): Maximum age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST (05 years), Women & PwBD (05 years), OBC (NCL) (03 years).
DIAT Recruitment 2026 - Salary / Stipend
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): ₹42,000/- + 30% HRA (with NET/GATE) or ₹33,000/- + 30% HRA (without NET/GATE).
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000/- + 30% HRA (For 1st & 2nd year), ₹42,000/- + 30% HRA (For 3rd year) (with NET/GATE) or ₹30,000/- + 30% HRA (without NET/GATE).
- Project Assistant (PA): ₹22,000/- + 30% HRA.
