  • Look for the notice titled "Final Result Notice (Special Recruitment Drive for Uniformed Services Combined Examination 2026)" dated 05.09.2026.

Important Notes Mentioned in the Official Result Notice
  • APSSB has clearly mentioned the following crucial clarifications in the result notice. These points explain why certain openings remain unfilled in addition to why the result was revised:
  • Unfilled positions : 24 openings (23 APST along with 1 UR) in Constable Band (IRBn) Post Code 5/26, 2 APST posts in Constable Bugler (IRBn) Post Code 6/26, as well as 13 UR posts in Constable Civil Police (Female) Post Code 8/26 could not be filled since meeting criteria applicants were not found during various stages of examination, including document verification, PST, PET, Trade Test, Medical Fitness Test, or since test-takers had not exercised preferences for these post codes in their application forms. Waitlists for these specific post codes (5/26 APST & UR, 6/26 APST, in addition to 8/26 UR) have therefore not been maintained.
  • Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) Category: 12 positions reserved for Ex-Servicemen applicants (6 posts in Constable Band IRBn 5/26, 5 posts in Constable Civil Police Male 9/26, along with 1 post in Fireman 10/26) could not be filled due to unavailability of meeting criteria ExSM aspirants . Hence, a waitlist for ExSM test-takers has not been maintained.
  • Revised Result Reason: The result was revised due to a genuine grievance raised by a candidate with Roll No. 1054288, who belongs to the APST category as well as is chosen for One Time Age Relaxation (OTR). This candidate was left out of the previous result due to non-declaration of OTR status in the online registration form. Due to multiple post preferences along with different physical standards across post codes, 3 aspirants with Roll Nos. 1040481, 1047835, along with 1022529, who were disqualified in PET/PST for Post Code 9/26 (Constable Civil Police Male), have been delisted from that post code. This revision led to changes in post code preferences as well as inclusion of new test-takers in the waitlist of the revised final result.
  • Verification Clause: test-takers must note that the Appointing Authority (indenting/user department) will verify the character, antecedents, documents, in addition to certificates of every candidate before final appointment. The provisional recommendation does not confer any automatic right of appointment unless the Appointing Authority is fully satisfied after due inquiry.
