- Recent passport-size photograph
- Matriculation certificate issued by the Board/University, as proof of date of birth
- Graduation certificate issued by the Assistant Registrar / Controller of Examination / Vice Chancellor of the concerned University
- Graduation mark sheet issued by the Assistant Registrar / Controller of Examination / Vice Chancellor of the concerned University
- Diploma in Stenography from a recognized institution (applicable only for Post Code 12/26 - Personal Assistant, Stenographer Gr-III)
- Certificate of 6 months' Diploma in Computer Application from a Board/Institution recognized by the Arunachal Pradesh Council for Technical Education / AICTE (applicable only for Post Code 14/26 - Upper Division Clerk)
- APST Certificate (if applicable)
- Permanent Resident Certificate (if applicable)
- Intimation letter to Head of Department, for test-takers already in regular government service
- PwD certificate, in case of a opening claimed under the PwD quota

Important Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates
- Candidates should note that, Failure to upload the required documents within the given window shall result in rejection of candidature along with non-allotment of post.
