AAI Manager and Junior Executive Vacancy 2026 Post-wise Details
  • AAI has published a total of 389 posts across 15 post codes under Manager along with Junior Executive categories. The category-wise reservation breakup for each post is listed below.
  • Aspirants are advised that, Note: The number of openings is tentative as well as may increase or decrease at the sole discretion of AAI. PwBD openings shown in brackets in the original notification are unfilled posts from previous recruitment carried forward for the respective post.
AAI Manager and Junior Executive Educational Qualification
  • Work experience must be from a Central/State Government body, Public Sector Undertaking, or a large private organization/institution meeting AAI's turnover or employee-strength criteria, as detailed in the department notice.

AAI Recruitment 2026 Age Relaxation
  • As per the official update, SC/ST applicants : 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) aspirants : 3 years
  • PwBD test-takers with permanent disability (for identified suitable posts): 10 years
  • Ex-servicemen in addition to Commissioned Officers with at least 5 years of military service: 5 years

  • The date of birth recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate will only be accepted; no subsequent change requests will be entertained.
AAI Recruitment 2026 Salary Structure
  • In addition to Basic Pay, chosen applicants are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic Pay, HRA as well as other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes in addition to Medical benefits, as per AAI Rules.   • Application Verification / Subsequent Tests, as applicable to the post
  • Interview - applicable for Post Codes 1 to 11 (Manager posts)
  • For Manager (Fire Services): Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, in addition to Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing & Descending) after Application Verification
  • Shortlisting for each subsequent stage is based on performance in the previous stage. Colour blindness as well as night blindness are rejection criteria for all posts except Post Codes 3 (Manager Finance) in addition to 12 (Junior Executive Finance).
