Candidates must possess a full-time postgraduate degree in the relevant field from a UGC-recognized university, recognized deemed university or an AICTE-approved institution. Department Preferred Qualification Accounts CA, ICWA, M.Com., M.Sc. in Accounting or Finance, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification HR and Administration Postgraduate degree in a relevant field Khadi Postgraduate degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Textile Chemistry, Handloom Technology or equivalent Legal Postgraduate degree in Law Marketing Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management or equivalent Design and Drawing Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or equivalent Science and Technology Postgraduate degree, preferably with a Mechanical or Chemical background Publicity Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, Digital Media or equivalent Internship training will not be counted as work experience. Only direct work experience, including fixed-term employment, will be considered.

Position Monthly Remuneration Young Professional Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 plus conveyance allowance of Rs.2,500 to Rs.3,000 Advisor According to DoPT guidelines Senior Consultant Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000 plus conveyance allowance of Rs.2,500 to Rs.3,000 The remuneration offered to Young Professionals and Senior Consultants will depend on their qualifications and experience. For retired or voluntarily retired Advisors, fixed remuneration will be calculated by deducting the basic pension from the last basic pay drawn at retirement. The amount will remain unchanged throughout the contract.
