Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), ESIC Medical College, PGIMSR & Hospital, Kalaburagi Teaching Faculty & Senior Resident Notification 2026 has been released on 03 September 2026 on the official website www.esic.gov.in. A total of 58 vacancies have been announced through the ESIC Kalaburagi Recruitment 2026, including 9 Professor, 8 Associate Professor and 41 Senior Resident posts.

Eligibility for Senior Resident (SR) Qualification and experience for the Senior Resident post are also as per NMC Norms published in the Gazette of India dated 30.06.2025 and 04.07.2025. ESIC has adopted a consolidated remuneration structure for contractual faculty, as per ESIC Headquarters letters dated 13.04.2022 and 08.12.2022 (updated from time to time). Travelling Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) on TA are payable as applicable. Post Amount per Month Professor Rs. 2,48,850/- Associate Professor Rs. 1,65,480/- Senior Resident Rs. 1,42,170/- The notification also states there is no claim for services such as PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion or Leave, although selected faculty are entitled to Earned Leave and Half Pay Leave as admissible to a temporary Government servant under the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, and Senior Residents are entitled to 2.5 Casual Leave on completion of a calendar month.

1. Applications submitted on the day of the walk-in interview, along with the requisite fee, are scrutinized by the Institute's scrutiny committee; only eligible candidates are allowed to appear before the selection committee.
2. If the number of applicants is large, the selection committee may devise shortlisting criteria, which may include a Screening Test.
3. 50% of the total marks is the criterion for eligibility for selection.
4. Selection is made on the basis of a personal interview conducted by a duly constituted selection board.
5. Selected candidates report for Medical Examination and verification of original certificates after receiving a provisional offer of appointment through email.
6. The offer of appointment is provisional, subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining.
7. A waiting list is prepared and remains valid for 2 months from the date of the result, subject to approval of the Competent Authority.
