1. The Company shortlists candidates based on academic track record, experience, and suitability, at its discretion; only shortlisted candidates are called for interview.
2. The time, date, and place of interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by email; candidates must attend at their own cost.
3. Final selection is based on marks secured in the interview.
4. Candidates must produce photo identity (PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter's Card/Bank Passbook with photo/photo-embossed Credit Card) at the interview for verification.
5. Selection is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit as per Company requirements.
