Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) Recruitment 2026 notification has been released on the official website www.hudco.org.in for the recruitment of 08 Executive posts, including Deputy General Manager (E-5), Assistant General Manager (E-4), and Senior Manager (E-3) in Projects and Finance disciplines.

Eligibility for HUDCO Recruitment 2026 is based on educational qualification, post-qualification executive experience, and age limit, as detailed below. Post-Qualification Experience / CTC Deputy General Manager (E-5) - Projects Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical engineering or equivalent, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade. Desirable: MBA/Two years' PG Diploma with Finance specialization. 11 years / CTC of ₹27.46 lakh p.a. Assistant General Manager (E-4) - Projects Same qualification as above 07 years / CTC of ₹22.79 lakh p.a. Deputy General Manager (E-5) - Finance CA/CMA, or Two years' full-time MBA/PG Diploma with Finance specialization, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade (except in case of CA/CMA) 11 years / CTC of ₹27.46 lakh p.a. Senior Manager (E-3) - Finance Same qualification as above 05 years / CTC of ₹18.99 lakh p.a. Candidates should also possess relevant work experience: Projects Discipline candidates need hands-on experience in project appraisal, financial modelling, project development, project management, project monitoring, and regulatory compliance for Government, Private, or PPP infrastructure projects. Finance Discipline candidates need experience in financial management, budgeting, accounts, taxation, banking, credit appraisal, loan and recovery management, risk management, ERP implementation, and regulatory compliance. Experience is calculated from the date of acquiring the essential educational qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs (including IFCs), multilateral organizations, or other financial institutions. HUDCO offers pay on the IDA pay-scale (w.e.f. 01.01.2017), along with an approximate annual Cost to Company (CTC) for each level. In addition, employees get conveyance, company-leased accommodation (in lieu of HRA), medical reimbursement, loans and advances, group insurance, and other social security/functional benefits. Actual PRP payout depends on individual, team, and company performance, and IDA rates may change as notified by the Ministry of Finance.

1. Applications are first scrutinised for eligibility with respect to age, post-qualification experience, current pay level, and other notified criteria.
2. Only prima-facie eligible applications are shortlisted for interview, generally in a ratio of 1:15 (subject to availability). If applications for a post are high, HUDCO may apply a higher shortlisting criterion than the specified minimum eligibility.
3. Document verification is done before the interview; shortlisted candidates must bring all original certificates.
4. The interview carries a total of 100 marks, split as: Job Knowledge (50 marks), Quality and nature of work experience (20 marks), and Overall personality (30 marks).
5. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview: 70 marks for UR/EWS category, 60 marks for OBC-NCL category, and 50 marks for SC/ST category.
6. Candidates can appear for the interview in Hindi or English.
