Nationality | Candidates must be Indian Nationals. | Educational Qualification | Post Required Qualification Senior Resident Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD / MS / DNB) in the respective discipline from an NMC-recognised University or Institute. NMC / MCI / State Medical Council registration is mandatory before joining, if selected. | Important: Only candidates who have been declared successful in their qualifying degree exam and will be completing their tenure before the date of interview are eligible. Candidates should not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency (regular or ad-hoc/contract) in any Govt. medical institution.

Upper age limit: 45 years as on date of interview (30 May 2026) OBC: 3 years relaxation (upper age: 48 years) SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (upper age: 50 years) PwBD (General): 10 years relaxation PwBD (OBC): 13 years relaxation PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years relaxation | Age relaxation is not available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against unreserved vacancies.

Post Pay (7th CPC) Additional Allowances Senior Resident (Group A) ₹67,700/- per month (Level-11, Cell No. 01) Usual allowances as applicable + NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance) if applicable | Note: The appointee is not entitled to PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance, Seniority, Promotion, or other benefits available to regular Government employees.
