All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhopal (AIIMS Bhopal) has released the AIIMS Bhopal Project Research Scientist-II Recruitment 2026 notification for 2 contractual project posts. The vacancies are available for Project Research Scientist-II (Medical) and Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) under the ICMR-funded NCD-India project.

MBBS, BVSc or BDS with three years of post-qualification experience. | MBBS, BVSc or BDS with a postgraduate degree such as MD, MVSc, MDS, MPH or an equivalent degree, including integrated postgraduate degrees. | MBBS, BVSc or BDS with PhD. | Postgraduate degree, including integrated postgraduate degrees, with three years of post-qualification experience or PhD. | For Engineering, IT or Computer Science candidates, a four-year graduate degree with three years of post-qualification experience. | Educational qualifications and certificates must be from a recognized Board or University. | Relevant experience will be counted after completion of the minimum essential qualification. | Experience from government organizations is preferred. | Experience from reputed national or international organizations may also be considered.

The maximum age limit for both Project Research Scientist-II (Medical) and Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) posts is 40 years. Age Relaxation Age relaxation is admissible to SC, ST and OBC candidates, retrenched government employees, departmental candidates including project employees, and ex-servicemen according to Central Government instructions. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in research projects may also be admissible to experienced and skilled persons.

The Medical post offers monthly remuneration of Rs. 80,000 plus 20% HRA, totaling Rs. 96,000. The Non-Medical post offers Rs. 67,000 plus 20% HRA, totaling Rs. 80,400 per month.
