Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released on 09 September 2026 on the official website of IIM Mumbai. A total of 21 vacancies have been announced through the IIM Mumbai Recruitment 2026, including 13 posts under Advertisement No. 33 and 8 Engineering Assistant posts under Advertisement No. 34.

The crucial date for determining age is the closing date for receipt of applications. There is no age bar for departmental (currently working at IIM Mumbai) candidates under Advt. 33.

Post Pay Scale / Emoluments Deputy General Manager (Academics) Pay Level 12: Rs. 78,800 - 2,09,200 (Gross Pay includes Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance + House Rent Allowance + Transport Allowance + Dearness Allowance on Transport Allowance) Manager (Academics/ General Admin) Pay Level 10: Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500 (same allowance structure as above) Assistant Manager Pay Level 08 as per 7th CPC Executive Associate to Director Pay Level 08 as per 7th CPC Junior Assistant (Admin) Pay Level 04 as per 7th CPC Junior Assistant (Program) Pay Level 04 as per 7th CPC Engineering Assistant (Civil/ Electrical/ MEP) Rs. 45,000/ - per month + OCA Rs. 4,500/ - per month + Mobile Reimbursement Rs. 500/ - per month Additional benefits for Advt. 33 posts may include campus/ leased accommodation (with electricity and water charges payable by the candidate; HRA is not admissible if accommodation is provided), medical facilities as per Institute rules, and Children Education Allowance for up to two children as per Central Government norms.
