- UKSSSC has notified 379 positions across 10 post categories (A to J) under different departments, as stated in the following breakup:

Age Limit
- Age is reckoned as on 01 July 2026 . For most posts, applicants must be born between 02 July 1984 along with 01 July 2005; for the Sahayak Lekhakar/Kanishtha Sampreekshak (Jal Sansthan) post, applicants must be born between 02 July 1984 along with 01 July 2008.
Pay and Allowances
- Picked applicants will be placed on the following pay levels according to the 7th Pay Commission-based pay matrix:
- Lekhakar (Bridgekul): Level-06, Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400
- Sahayak Lekhakar (most departments): Level-05, Rs. 29,800 – Rs. 94,300 or Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300 (department-wise, as detailed in opening Details)
- Karyalaya Sahayak-Tritiya (Lekha): Level-04, Rs. 27,200 – Rs. 86,100
- Cashier cum Sahayak Lekhakar: Level-04, Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100
Selection Process
- Selection will be made through an offline objective-type (multiple choice) competitive written examination carrying 100 marks (100 questions) to be completed in 2 hours. The syllabus is based on Commerce, Business Administration, in addition to Accountancy, covering Financial Accounting, Computerised Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Money & Banking, Business Organization & Management, Business Economics & Statistics, Marketing Management, as well as Auditing, Taxation & Business Laws.
- Each question carries equal marks; 1/4th mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
- Aspirants are advised that, Minimum qualifying marks: 45% for General/OBC/EWS in addition to 35% for SC/ST aspirants .
- Marking more than one answer for a question is treated as a wrong answer.
- A qualifying typing test is furthermore part of the exam scheme for relevant posts.
