  • UKPSC Lecturer Civics Examination permit 2026 is now live by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) for the Uttarakhand Special Subordinate Education (Lecturer Cadre 'Group-C') Service, General Branch in addition to Women Branch, Main Written (Objective Type) Examination-2025 for the subject Civics (Nagrik Shastra). As per authorized circular No. 147/81/06/D.R./(Ma.Shi.)/Seva-1/2025-26 dated 2nd July 2026, the exam earlier scheduled for 10th May 2026 has now been rescheduled to 18th July 2026, as well as eligible applicants can provisionally get their hall ticket from 4th July 2026 onwards.

  • The main written (objective type) exam for the Civics subject will be conducted in two sessions on the same day:
  • Shift 1: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

Important Instructions for Candidates
  • Entry passes will not be sent separately to applicants by post; aspirants must obtain the hall ticket only from the departmental webpage.
  • applicants must ensure compliance with all significant instructions mentioned on the online examination permit.
  • Divyangjan (differently-abled) aspirants who had opted for the scribe (Shrutlekhak) facility in their online online form must confirm the separate notification being published on the Commission's website regarding permissibility of the scribe for this subject.
  • The exam is being held afresh for the Civics subject only, since it was earlier postponed vide Notification No. 18 dated 4th May 2026 until further orders.
