Eligibility Criteria
- Counsellors: Masters in Clinical Psychology / Social Work/ or other related discipline such as MA Psychology or Bachelor in Psychology or Social Work with 2 years' experience in Mental Health Work, preferable counselling. Preference: Masters in Clinical Psychology / Social Work/ or other related discipline such as MA Psychology. Experience in Mental Health care delivery in addition to counselling.
- Clinical Psychologists / Psychiatric Social Worker / Psychiatric Nurse: First or second class M.A./M.Sc. degree in Psychology/ First or Second class M.A/ M.S.W. degree in Medical Psychiatric Social Work/MSc. in Psychiatric Nursing, from recognised institute as per Indian Nursing Council. Preference: M. Phil in Clinical Psychology/ M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work/Ph.D.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
- Age Relaxation: 45 years for SC/ST aspirants
Salary / Stipend
- Counsellors: Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
- As per the official update, Clinical Psychologists / Psychiatric Social Worker / Psychiatric Nurse: Rs. 50,000/- Per Month
Selection Process
- Academic Performance Index (API) - 90 marks
