RFCL Recruitment Important Dates
  • The cut-off date for determining requirements with respect to age, minimum educational qualification, along with experience is 31 July 2026 , as well as this will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason. RFCL Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details (40 Posts)
  • A total of 40 tentative posts are notified: UR-22, SC-05, ST-03, OBC(NCL)-07, EWS-03, with 04 posts reserved for PwBD applicants (applied horizontally within the above categories).
Initial Posting Location
  • Shortlisted aspirants may be posted at any Unit/Office of RFCL at any time, at the discretion of Management; only aspirants willing to serve anywhere in India should register . Chosen aspirants will be required to work in general as well as /or rotating shifts, including night shifts, as per job requirement. The number of posts is tentative as well as may increase or decrease at RFCL's discretion.

Key Eligibility Conditions
  • No claim of an equivalent educational qualification other than what is advertised for a post will be entertained; RFCL's decision on admissibility of a qualification is final along with binding.
  • The essential qualification must be completed full-time as well as regular with a minimum of 60% marks, except for CA/CMA. Qualifications acquired through Part-Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning/Online/Evening Classes render the candidate ineligible.

Pay-Scale / CTC Matching Condition for Experience

RFCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
  • The maximum age mentioned above is for the UR (Unreserved) category. The cut-off date for determining age is 31 July 2026 .
Age Relaxation
  • The maximum age of an applicant, after applying relaxations under the above clauses (standalone or in combination), must not exceed 56 years as on the cut-off date. SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD aspirants may as well be considered under general merit standards against unreserved posts, provided no age/qualification relaxation is availed.

RFCL Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
  • The non-refundable application fee is payable only through online mode at the time of submitting the online registration form.

RFCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
  • Scrutiny of applications will be done based on the information as well as documents submitted; chosen aspirants will be provisionally shortlisted as well as called for a Personal Interview . The shortlist will be placed on the RFCL website under "Careers."

  • It is informed that, aspirants not meeting qualification criteria, or without entire requisite documents, will not be allowed to attend the interview, along with no TA will be paid.
  • Travel Reimbursement for Interview: applicants called for interview at level E-5 to E-8 are reimbursed single return air fare (economy class)/AC I rail fare/Executive class chair car/road mileage at prescribed rates. aspirants for E-1 to E-4 posts are reimbursed to- as well as -fro single AC II return rail fare from the nearest railway station of their correspondence address to the interview venue, by the shortest route, on production of documents/receipts.

RFCL Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
  • Only Indian Nationals are meeting criteria to send in.
  • Interested applicants should know that, 10th/Matriculation certificate is the authentic document for verifying date of birth.
  • Details submitted in the online application (including correspondence address, email, mobile number, along with category) are final; no change request will be entertained after submission.
  • Category (Gen/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD) once submitted cannot be changed, in addition to no benefit of a different category will be admissible later.
  • Reserved category applicants must submit a copy of their Caste/PwBD certificate (in the Government-prescribed proforma, issued by a Competent Authority) along with the online application document; a self-certified translated copy is required if the original is not in English/Hindi.
  • Only OBC communities in the Central Government's common OBC list are treated as OBC; OBC(NCL) test-takers must submit the latest Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the prescribed proforma as well as give a self-declaration at the interview.
