- RCF Assistant Officer qualification is based on a specific educational qualification combined with post-qualification secretarial experience. There are two alternative qualification routes, along with test-takers should confirm both carefully before applying.
RCF Assistant Officer (Secretarial) Qualification
- Route A: Three years regular in addition to full-time Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised university, IN ADDITION TO two years regular as well as full-time Post Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised university, IN ADDITION TO a 1-year Government-recognised Diploma in Executive Assistant/Executive Personal Assistant/Office Management along with Secretarial Practice/Modern Office Management/Stenography course or equivalent.

Final merit is based 100% on Online Test performance (rounded to 2 decimal places); the Skill Test is of qualifying nature only (Suitable/Unsuitable).
