- Research Fellow: B.Sc/B.Sc. Agri/B.Sc Forestry with minimum OCPA of 6.0/10.0 basis or 60% marks.
- M.Sc. Soil Science with minimum OCPA of 6.5/10.0 or 65% marks as well as CSIR-UGC/ICAR NET eligible.
- M.Sc. Soil Science with minimum OCPA of 6.5/10.0 or 65% marks in addition to without NET.
- Ph. D. Degree in the discipline required at Master's level.
PAU Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Salary / Stipend
- Research Fellow: Rs.31,000/- p.m. (fixed) +16% HRA (Provided in the scheme "Exploring the Agroforestry Potential as well as Environmental Risks of Paper Industry Wastewater Misc- 31" (PC-5438)" for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.)
- Research Fellow (without NET): Rs. 25,000/- + 16% HRA
