OR Doctoral degree in science/engineering/technology/pharma/MD/MS from a recognized University or equivalent. in addition to Four Year Experience in research as well as development in Industrial along with academic institutions or Science along with technology organizations along with scientific activities in addition to Services. Desirable: MBA in Finance with experience in Accounts, Finance, General administration, Book keeping, Knowledge of PFMS portal, etc.
