NHM Dhamtari Recruitment 2026 Important Dates
- The walk-in interview process for all 38 posts will be conducted in seven batches between 31 August 2026 in addition to 18 September 2026. Registration on each interview day begins at 9:00 AM. NHM Dhamtari Vacancy Details 2026
- According to the latest notice, The table below shows the post-wise number of positions out of the total 38 posts advertised. Category-wise reservation (Unreserved, OBC, SC, ST) has been fixed as stated in the Dhamtari district reservation roster; detailed category-wise breakup is available in the authorized announcement.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 70 years for medical posts
- Maximum age: 64 years for managerial/administrative posts
- Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Chhattisgarh Government norms

NHM Dhamtari Application Fee 2026
- The application fee must be paid through a Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque issued by a nationalised bank, in favour of "District Health Society, Dhamtari" . The original Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque must be attached with the registration form; the application will not be accepted without it. test-takers applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate Demand Drafts for each post.
NHM Dhamtari Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- test-takers will be shortlisted along with shortlisted through a combination of educational qualification marks, experience marks, along with descriptive test/interview/skill test marks, based on the following weightage:
- Educational Qualification: Up to 65% of total marks converted from qualifying marks (varies by post; technical posts as well carry separate weightage for technical qualification)
- It is informed that, Experience: Maximum 15 to 20 marks depending on the post, calculated at the rate of 2-4 marks per year of relevant government/semi-government experience, subject to a maximum of 5 years
- Pen- in addition to-paper exam/Interview/Skill Test: Up to 20 marks, including bonus marks of up to 15 marks for aspirants who have worked under the National Health Mission, along with 10 bonus marks for staff who served during the COVID-19 pandemic for at least 6 months (as per government order dated 03.02.2023)
- Reserved category applicants must secure at least 20% marks in addition to unreserved category test-takers at least 30% marks (or as specified per post) in the written/skill test to be considered meeting criteria
- The final merit list will be prepared by adding qualification marks, experience/bonus marks, along with interview/written/skill test marks
- In case of a tie in total marks, the candidate with greater age will be given preference
- The number of test-takers called for the written/skill test/interview stage will depend on the number of advertised posts per category: 10 times the positions for 1-10 posts, 5 times for 11-50 posts, along with 3 times for more than 50 posts.
Documents Required for NHM Dhamtari Walk-in Interview 2026
- test-takers must carry the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of registration along with interview:
- Mark sheets of 8th, 10th, in addition to 12th class
- Mark sheets of all years of graduation along with post-graduation
- Mark sheet/certificate of the relevant educational as well as technical qualification
- Registration certificate of the concerned professional council (Nursing Council, Paramedical Council, etc., where applicable)
- Caste certificate issued by a competent authority (for SC/ST/OBC test-takers)
- Domicile/permanent residence certificate

How to Apply for NHM Dhamtari Recruitment 2026
- This recruitment does not involve online submission. applicants must send in in person on their designated walk-in interview date, following these steps:
- obtain as well as fill the prescribed online form available on the government Dhamtari district website (www.dhamtari.gov.in) or the CMHO office notice board.
- Attach a recent self-attested passport-size photograph in the space provided on the form.
- Arrange all required certificates in the sequence specified in the notification (receipt, online form, educational qualification, residence certificate, caste certificate, employment registration certificate, experience certificate, in addition to other certificates) along with staple them securely.

NHM Dhamtari Walk-in Interview Schedule 2026
- On each registration day, candidate registration is held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the eligible /ineligible list is published by 5:00 PM, along with objections can be raised from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The final list is published the next day at 10:00 AM, followed by the interview/descriptive test from 11:00 AM onwards. Important Instructions
- All appointments are purely temporary as well as contractual, valid up to 31 March 2027, as well as may be extended based on satisfactory performance review.
- No travelling allowance (TA) will be paid to test-takers for appearing at any stage of the recruitment process.
