Anganwadi Worker Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must ordinarily have passed at least 10th class (SSC).
- It is informed that, As on 01.07.2026, the candidate must be 21 years of age as well as below 35 years.
- The candidate must ordinarily be married in addition to must be a local resident.
- In ICDS-notified habitation areas, if aspirants aged 21 years in addition to above are not available, those aged 18 years along with above will be considered.
Anganwadi Helper Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must ordinarily have passed 10th class; if no candidate with 10th class pass is available, a candidate with a lower educational qualification who can read along with write may be considered.
- As on 01.07.2026, the candidate must be 21 years of age along with below 35 years.
- The candidate must ordinarily be married in addition to must be a local resident.
- It is informed that, In ICDS-notified habitation areas, if applicants aged 21 years as well as above are not available, those aged 18 years as well as above will be considered.

- Date of birth/age proof certificate
- Caste proof certificate
- Educational qualification proof – SSC marks list in addition to Transfer Certificate (TC); if below SSC, the marks list along with TC of the class studied
- Residence proof certificate
- It is informed that, For widows: husband’s death proof certificate, along with if there are children below 18 years, their age proof certificate
- For persons with disabilities: PHC (Primary Health Centre) certificate
- The conducting body has announced that, For widows: Aadhaar card as well as ration card
- All the above supporting documents must be submitted as self-attested photocopies along with the application.
