Common Reasons for "NOT Eligible" Status

- The department has confirmed that, Test form or demo form submitted instead of the actual registration form
- All required documents not attached
- Disability certificate not attached, or disability percentage below 40%
- Candidate over age for the applied category (General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/SEBC)
- Application fee not paid for the applicable category
- According to the latest notice, ITI-shortlisted test-takers applying under Group A (Non-ITI), which is not permitted
- Attached educational/ITI qualification document not matching the requirements of Advertisement No. MDL/ATS/01/2026
- No proof of passing ITI attached (for Group B applicants)
How to Submit a Representation if Marked "NOT Eligible"
- According to the departmental note published with each list, applicants who have been declared NOT picked can submit a representation regarding their ineligibility.
Required Documents
- Proof of educational qualification (Class 8th/10th marksheet, or ITI passing certificate as applicable)
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/OBC-CL/EWS/SEBC), where applicable
- Disability certificate, where a person with disability (PwD) benefit is claimed
- It is informed that, Application fee payment proof, where applicable
Important Instructions
- verify your name carefully in the correct group list (A, B, or C) based on the group you applied under.
- Note your Application Status in addition to Remark exactly as printed in the PDF.
