  • Rechecking of Answer Script: send in online through the One Time Registration (OTR) profile on www.keralapsc.gov.in , remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 85/- by e-payment. Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date the Rank List is uploaded (on or before 03.08.2026). Applications submitted in any other manner, or received after this period, will not be considered, along with fees once remitted will not be refunded.
  • Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheet: register online through the OTR profile on the same website, remitting Rs. For posts with a common examination, OMR photocopies are provided only after publication of all related Rank Lists. A copy is issued only once per candidate; invalidated OMR sheets are not issued as copies. 335/- by e-payment, within the same 15-day window (on or before 03.08.2026).
  • Relinquishment of Claim: Submit the prescribed application (see Required Documents above) directly or by post to the Secretary, Kerala PSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004, within 15 days of the Rank List being uploaded.

Important Instructions and Official Notes
  • Validity of the Rank List: The Rank List will remain in force for a minimum of one year, in addition to will continue until either a new Rank List is published or three years pass — whichever happens first. Advice for appointment depends on positions reported to the Commission, hence inclusion in the list does not guarantee an appointment. applicants who remain in the list at the time it is cancelled have no claim to appointment based on inclusion.
  • Revaluation as well as Rechecking: Revaluation of the answer script is not allowed. Rechecking is allowed on payment of Rs. 85/- via the candidate's OTR profile, within 15 days from the date the list is uploaded (on or before 03.08.2026). Late or improperly submitted applications will not be considered, as well as fees will not be refunded.
  • Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheet: test-takers can obtain a photocopy of Part A as well as Part B of their OMR answer sheet by paying Rs. 335/- via their OTR profile, within 15 days of the list being uploaded (on or before 03.08.2026). Only one copy is issued per candidate; invalidated sheets are not copied. For posts under a common examination, copies are issued only after all related Rank Lists are published.
  • Community Certification: Community details in the list are based on what test-takers declared in addition to proved in their application. Any discrepancy must be reported to the Regional Officer, Kerala PSC Regional Office, Kozhikode – 673020, within one month of publication, or the list entry will stand as published.
  • Relinquishment of Claim: test-takers who wish to give up their claim from the Rank List must submit a prescribed-format application, a notarized affidavit, in addition to a self-attested photo ID copy to the Secretary, Kerala PSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004, within 15 days of the list being uploaded, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  • Publication of Marks: Since a common OMR test was conducted, marks of aspirants in this Rank List will be published only after all related Rank Lists based on the common test are finalised.
  • Destruction of OMR Scripts: Part A as well as Part B of the OMR scripts will be destroyed six months after the finalisation of the last Rank List connected to the common test dated 12.01.2026.
