  • The department has confirmed that, Main VAO written examination (General/RPC cadre): 4th October 2026
Who Needs to Appear for the Kannada Language Test?
  • This test is not the main VAO recruitment exam. Siasu 102 Sevana 2022 dated 18.03.2025, applicable to outside-Karnataka along with Kalyana Karnataka quota aspirants who have already shortlisted in the main written examination for their post, as well as who fall into any of the following categories: It is a qualifying-only requirement under Government Order No.
  • Did not study Kannada as a subject up to SSLC or an equivalent/higher examination
  • Did not pass SSLC (or a higher exam) with Kannada as the medium of instruction
  • Candidates should note that, Have not previously cleared a Kannada Language Test conducted by a competent authority
  • Besides VAO along with Village Accountant posts, the same 22nd August 2026 test date applies to aspirants for the following posts:
  • Police Constable (CAR / DAR / KSRP / IRB / KSISF)
  • Land Surveyor
  • The conducting body has announced that, KREIS Teacher posts
  • The conducting body has announced that, Section Officer, Karnataka State Legal Services Authority
KEA VAO Kannada Language Test Admit Card 2026: Current Status
  • As of 19th August 2026, KEA's authorized announcement confirms the assessment date in addition to reporting time for the Kannada Language Test. A separately branded hall ticket or hall ticket get link specific to this test has not been officially confirmed as active yet.   • As per the official update, Verify your name, photograph, exam centre, along with reporting time carefully.
  • The department has confirmed that, obtain the hall ticket as a PDF along with keep 2–3 printed copies.
