URSC Apprentice Vacancy 2026 Out
- A total of 410 apprentice posts are available across three categories. The Graduate stream (B.E./B.Tech.) has 220 posts, the Technician stream (Diploma) has 120 posts, in addition to the Commercial Practice stream has 70 posts.
A. Graduate Apprenticeship (B.E./B.Tech.) - 220 Posts
- Category-wise breakup for Graduate Apprenticeship (total 220): SC-31, ST-14, OBC-59, EWS-22, UR-94.
B. Technician Apprenticeship (Diploma) - 120 Posts
- Category-wise breakup for Technician Apprenticeship (total 120): SC-17, ST-8, OBC-30, EWS-12, UR-53.
URSC Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Only test-takers who have passed out in the years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are meeting criteria to send in. Only those who completed the qualifying examination as regular aspirants can register - aspirants with sandwich course, certificate, private college degree, or short-term/certificate course qualifications are not acceptable, in addition to test-takers currently pursuing higher studies are as well not shortlisted . aspirants who cleared their qualifying examination before 2021 are not meeting criteria .

URSC Apprentice 2026 Salary Structure
- Aspirants are advised that, Shortlisted apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend as per their stream: ₹12,300/- per month for Graduate Apprentices (B.E./B.Tech.), along with ₹10,900/- per month for both Technician Apprentices (Diploma) in addition to Commercial Practice Apprentices.
URSC Apprentice 2026 - Terms of Engagement
- These are engagement terms for a fixed-duration apprenticeship as well as do not constitute regular employment with URSC or ISRO.
URSC Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

- Marks certificates of all semesters/years combined in a single file (max 1 MB)
- Scanned photograph (JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 50 KB), clear enough for identification
- Interested applicants should know that, Scanned signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 50 KB), clear as well as legible
- Latest caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC applicants , issued by the Competent Authority (max 50 KB)
- Disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority, for PwBD aspirants
- The conducting body has announced that, Income along with Assets Certificate valid for 2025-2026, in the prescribed EWS format, for EWS test-takers (if applicable)

How to Apply Online for URSC Apprentice Recruitment 2026?
- Interested applicants should know that, Access the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in along with register/enroll as a candidate
- Upload the Degree/Diploma certificate (as applicable) as well as a valid government-issued ID during enrolment
- Note the Enrolment Number/Apprenticeship Registration Number generated after successful registration on the NATS portal
- Access the UMANG portal at https://web.umang.gov.in/landing/ in addition to register/log in
- Search for "URSC Apprenticeship" on the UMANG portal
- The conducting body has announced that, Click on register for Position as well as fill in all the required details, compulsorily including the NATS Enrolment Number/Apprenticeship Registration Number
- Upload the required documents (photograph, signature, certificates, caste/EWS/disability certificate as applicable)
- Review all entered details carefully, since no changes are allowed once the application is submitted
- Submit the application before the closing date, 28 August 2026 (11:59 Hrs)
URSC Apprentice 2026 Important Instructions
- Use a valid as well as active email ID for registration; this email will be used for all future communication, as well as only one application can be submitted per email ID - duplicate applications from multiple email IDs should be avoided
- As per the official update, In case of multiple/duplicate applications for the same discipline, only the latest application will be considered
- As per the official update, The aggregate marks in B.E./B.Tech./Diploma must be entered either as CGPA or percentage, exactly as given in the consolidated mark list, in addition to must be verifiable from the uploaded certificates - any discrepancy at any stage will lead to disqualification
- Aspirants are advised that, Only Indian nationals are shortlisted to send in

- In case of any ambiguity or dispute in interpreting the Hindi version of the notification, the instructions in the English version will be treated as final
