1. For Junior Office Assistant, Junior Bullion Assistant, Junior Hindi Typist & Supervisor (Technical) – B-3 / S-1 Level
- Total Questions/Marks: 150 / 150
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- Sections:
- General Awareness: 30Q / 30M
- According to the latest notice, Computer Knowledge: 30Q / 30M
- English Language: 30Q / 30M
- The conducting body has announced that, Numerical Aptitude: 30Q / 30M
- Interested applicants should know that, Reasoning Ability: 30Q / 30M
- Additional Stage: Typing Test (English: 40 WPM or Hindi: 30 WPM) for Assistant & Typist posts. Final merit based on CBT.
2. For Supervisor (Technical) Posts (Some variations in pattern)
- Same 150 marks structure as above or trade-specific with higher weightage on Technical Knowledge.
3. For Engraver (Sculpture/Metal Works) & Laboratory Assistant
- Total: 150Q / 150M
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- It is informed that, Break-up: General Arithmetic (25Q), Logical Reasoning (20Q), Technical/Professional Knowledge (105Q).
4. For Junior Technician (All Trades – W-1 Level)
- Total: 120Q / 120M
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- Break-up: General Arithmetic (20Q), Logical Reasoning (15Q), Technical Knowledge (85Q).

- Aspirants are advised that, General Awareness: Current affairs (National & International), Indian History & Geography, Polity & Economy, Science & Technology, Sports, Awards, Books & Authors.
- Numerical Aptitude / General Arithmetic: Simplification, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Simple & Compound Interest, Data Interpretation, Average.
- Reasoning Ability / Logical Reasoning: Coding-Decoding, Analogy, Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Puzzles, Series, Classification, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism.
- Computer Knowledge: Basics of Computers, Hardware & Software, Input/Output Devices, Memory (RAM/ROM), MS Office, Internet & Networking.
