Knowledge of local languages of Meghalaya will be an added advantage.
- Field Investigator: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). Experience in community-based development work, surveys, or field research will be preferred. Fresh postgraduates with demonstrated capability in addition to willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork may additionally submit .

- Project Coordinator: Rs. 45,000 per month
