IIFCL Manager Salary Structure 2026
- The salary follows IDA pattern (Industrial Dearness Allowance) applicable to CPSEs.
- Basic Pay : ₹55,200 (initial)
- Pay Progression : Structured increments every few years, with an Efficiency Bar (EB) at ₹80,850.
- First phase : ₹55,200 + ₹2,850 increments (9 times) → ₹80,850
- Post-EB : ₹80,850 + ₹2,850 (2 times) → ₹86,550
- Final phase: ₹86,550 + ₹3,300 (4 times) → ₹99,750 (maximum after ~16 years)
- Additional increments (up to 2) may be granted for test-takers with JAIIB/CAIIB, professional qualifications, or exceptional experience/skills, at IIFCL's discretion.
