Eligibility Criteria
- Young Professional-II (YP-II): Essential: Post graduates in Seed Science along with Technology, Genetics in addition to Plant Breeding, Plant Physiology, Botany, Biotechnology/Molecular Biology, Vegetable/Horticulture or other allied disciplines of Agricultural Sciences or professional Graduates in (B.E./B.Tech.) in relevant subjects. Desirable: Hands-on experience in seed quality testing in a functional seed testing/quality-control laboratory; Experience in seed quality enhancement in addition to seed treatment research; Proficiency in computer application skills (MS Office as well as IT tools) as well as in the use of standard statistical packages.
- Young Professional-I (YP-I): Essential: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with good academic record. Desirable: Working knowledge of computer as well as MS office in addition to or Hands on experience of working on seed/planting materials/ seed testing in addition to or Agricultural/Plant Sciences field/ laboratory work
- Skilled Labor: Essential: 10th pass with experience in agricultural research activities such as field experimentation, seed production, sample collection in addition to processing, maintenance of experimental plots, data recording as well as entry, as well as operation of basic agricultural or laboratory equipment will be preferred.
- Un-Skilled Labor: Essential: <10th pass. applicants having 5-6 years of experience in agricultural field as well as laboratory work, including field operations, data entry as well as record keeping, sample collection along with handling, controlled pollination in addition to other related agricultural research activities, will be preferred.
