- HUDCO offers pay on the IDA pay-scale (w.e.f. 01.01.2017), along with an approximate annual Cost to Company (CTC) for each level.
- The CTC includes minimum Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at 55.7% of basic pay, HRA (30% of basic pay), Perks & Allowances (35% of basic pay), superannuation benefits (30% of basic pay), in addition to Performance Related Pay (PRP) at maximum potential as per DPE slabs.
