Senior Scale Stenographer: Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a University recognized by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
English Shorthand speed: 100 words per minute (W.P.M.)
English Typing Speed: 40 words per minute (W.P.M.)
Computer Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of word processing on computer.
Experience: Five (05) years of regular service or regular combined with continuous ad hoc service in the feeder category (Junior Scale Stenographers/Steno-Typist/Judgment Writers working in the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh, District Judiciary in the State, along with Government/Semi-Government establishments).
