- Aspirants are advised that, A total of 30 positions have been notified across Finance Officer, Dy. Manager (Finance), as well as Manager (Design) – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics posts.

HAL Executive Recruitment 2026 Post Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE)

HAL Executive Recruitment 2026 Pay Scale & Remuneration
- Annual increment is presently 3% of running Basic Pay. Besides Basic Pay, shortlisted aspirants will be meeting criteria for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances (presently 35% of running Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/HRA, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Provident Fund, Gratuity, in addition to other benefits as per Company rules.
HAL Executive Recruitment 2026 Service Agreement Bond
- Shortlisted test-takers must execute a Service Bond to serve HAL for 3 years.
