GMC Wanaparthy Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

- Completion of the Basic Course in Medical Education Technology along with the Basic Course in Biomedical Research, both from institutions designated by NMC.
- MBBS along with additional qualification must be registered with the Telangana State Medical Council.
Associate Professor
- MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject as per TEQ Regulation of NMC Guidelines.
- The conducting body has announced that, 5 years' post-PG experience, including at least 4 years as Assistant Professor in the subject at a permitted/recognised medical college or institution.
- According to the latest notice, At least two research publications in journals indexed in Medline, PubMed Central, Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, Embase, Scopus, or DOAJ.
- Completion of the Basic Course in Medical Education Technology along with the Basic Course in Biomedical Research from institutions designated by NMC.

Assistant Professor

GMC Wanaparthy Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- For Assistant Professor along with Senior Resident posts, selection is based on marks obtained in the MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh/MDS PG degree examination. If marks are not awarded in the qualifying exam, 50% marks will be considered.
- Rule of reservation will be followed wherever applicable.
- Selection is nationwide; first preference is given to local applicants , as well as aspirants from other states will be considered only if local aspirants are not available. Local cadre rules will be followed as per Presidential Order (PO) 2018.
