- Gliders India Limited has issued openings for various managerial positions including Information Technology, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain Management along with Administration departments.
Gliders India Limited Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- aspirants must fulfil the educational qualification along with experience requirements specified for each post.
DGM - Information Technology (IT)
- Aspirants are advised that, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
Senior Manager Information Technology (IT)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- OR Diploma in Engineering (CS/IT) or BCA with minimum 7 years relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
DGM - Marketing (International)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development or commercial functions.
- Experience in defence production or defence marketing will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
DGM - Finance & Accounts (F&A)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI with valid membership.
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in finance-related areas.
- Aspirants are advised that, Experience in manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Aspirants are advised that, Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
Manager Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- OR Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management or Operations Management will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
Manager Administration
- Candidate should be retired from Defence Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Defence.
- Should have held E-3 level or above position at the time of retirement.
- Age Limit: Not more than 65 years.
Gliders India Limited Recruitment 2026 Contract Period
- The Fixed Term Employment contract will initially be for one year as well as may be extended for another two years based on performance as well as functional requirements. The maximum contract period will be three years.
