  • Professor: MD/MS/DNB, In an NBE/DNB Institute- Senior Consultant with minimum 3 year of PG teaching experience. Years of experience must have worked as a PG teacher for minimum 3 year.
  • Associate Professor: MD/MS/DNB, 10 years of work experience; Hospital must be a Govt one; Bed capacity must be 220 or more; Must have worked as Specialist/Medical Officer/Senior Resident etc. Experience from non-teaching hospital furthermore will be accepted. However, the hospital must be a government one.
  • Interested applicants should know that, Assistant Professor: MD/MS/DNB, Same as that of Associate Professor, yet with 2-year or more experience only.
  • Assistant Professor (PG Diploma): PG-Diploma, PG Diploma candidate must have worked in an NMC/NBE recognized institute in the specialty of Diploma in any position such as Consultant/Specialist/Senior Resident/Medical Officer etc. The total experience must be 6 year or more. For PG Diploma test-takers, working experience from non-teaching institute will not be considered. The experience must be in the specialty of Diploma along with tenure experience must be 6 year or more.
ESIC Medical College & Hospital Margao Age Limit 2026
  • Candidates should note that, Teaching Faculty: Maximum age is 69 Years.
  • As per the official update, Senior Resident (Clinical Subjects): Maximum age is 44 Years.
  • According to the latest notice, Senior Resident (Other than clinical subjects including Laboratory Science subjects): Maximum age is 49 Years.
  • Candidates should note that, Age limit relaxable for SC/ST (05 Years) along with OBC (03 Years).
