Vacancy Details
  • The result covers 61 total positions for PGT (History) under Post Code 831/24, comprising 50 positions for Male applicants along with 11 for Female aspirants in the Directorate of Education, GNCTD. According to the notice, no requisition has been received till date for the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) openings under this post code.
  • Note: The UR category posts in both Male along with Female sections include 01 PwBD (d&e) category position each, as specified in the notice.

  • In line with the notice, the provisional nomination is subject to the following:
  • The User Department (Directorate of Education, GNCTD) will verify the identity, educational qualification, age, along with criteria of aspirants according to the Recruitment Rules, before issuing the offer of appointment.
  • DSSSB has not undertaken scrutiny of documents uploaded in the e-dossiers at this stage.
  • Genuineness of caste certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) will be verified by the User Department from the issuing authority.
  • test-takers must fulfil qualification conditions as on the cutoff date of 14.02.2025.
  • Mere inclusion of a candidate's name in the result notice does not confer any right to the post unless the User Department is satisfied about the candidate's suitability.
  • Candidates should note that, There is no waiting list or reserve panel under the Combined Examination Scheme. Unfilled positions or positions arising from non-joining will be carried forward to subsequent year(s) by the concerned User Department.
Important Instructions
  • aspirants must exercise at least one post preference within the stipulated time; those who fail to do therefore will not be considered for any post in the final result.
  • Final selection along with allocation of department is based on merit-cum-preference only.
