DFCCIL MTS Exam Pattern 2025
- DFCCIL MTS Examination format 2025: For the MTS post, the examination will consist of a total 5 of subjects with a maximum score of CBT 1 - 100, CBT 2 - 120 marks . Sections included in the exam patterns are Mathematics / Numerical Ability, General Awareness, General Science, Logical Reasoning / General Intelligence, Knowledge about Railways / DFCCIL.. Each section contributes to the total score, testing a wide range of skills necessary for the CGL position. Details of the pattern are discussed further below.

- Junior Manager – Scale Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Executive – Scale Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 (E0 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Multi-Tasking Staff –– Scale Rs. 16,000-45,000 (N-1 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Selection procedure
- i. Selection is made strictly as per merit along with following extant reservation rules
- ii. Details of Computer Based Test (CBT) is as under:
- There shall be two-stage CBT (1st Stage CBT along with 2nd Stage CBT) for all Advertised posts.
- The standard of question for both 1st in addition to 2nd stage CBT will be generally in conformity with the Educational Standard prescribed for the posts.
- As per the official update, Iii. Negative Marking:
- Interested applicants should know that, There shall be negative marking in both 1st in addition to 2nd stage CBT in addition to as such 1/4th of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
- The official notification states that, Iv. Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS - 40%,
- Candidates should note that, SC/OBC-NCL– 30%
- ST -25%.

- Candidates should note that, aspirants will get the DFCCIL Recruitment Home/Index page as well as have to click on “Register” available on this page for new Registration
- According to the latest notice, test-takers will be redirected to Registration page along with further needs to sign-up by filling up Post applied, Name, valid Mobile Number as well as valid E-mail ID.
- After this, aspirants will have to Generate OTP as well as accept the Terms & Conditions by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox.
