CUSAT Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Associate Professor: B.Tech in Marine/ Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architecture
- First Class Certificate of Competency (MEO Class-l C.O.C)
- TOTA / VICT course certificate on joining
- 12 years of relevant experience out of which at least 2 years shall be in the position of Chief Engineer officer onboard merchant ships.
- Master's degree in Mathematics with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale where ever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- National qualification Test(NET) conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC(the essential qualification shall be in compliance with the UGC Regulations 2018). OR Ph.D in the concerned /allied /relevant disciplines.
CUSAT Recruitment 2026 - Salary
- Candidates should note that, Associate Professor: ₹1,25,000/- per month.
- Assistant Professor: ₹47,000/- (with Ph.D.) or ₹45,000/- (without Ph.D.) per month. (effective from 01.07.2026).
