- Interested applicants should know that, Crucial : aspirants must attend on the date assigned to their post code. Reporting on a different date may make them ineligible to participate.
CSIR-CMERI Eligibility and Qualification 2026

CSIR-CMERI Age Limit and Relaxation

CSIR-CMERI Salary 2026
- The conducting body has announced that, The notified consolidated remuneration ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹56,000 per month . For certain Project Associate posts, the higher remuneration applies to applicants who have eligible NET, GATE or another prescribed national-level examination. HRA is payable only where specifically mentioned.
- Project Assistant-II: ₹20,000 per month, with HRA for specified post codes.
- Project Associate-I: generally ₹25,000 or ₹31,000, depending on criteria conditions.
- Project Associate-II: generally ₹28,000 or ₹35,000.
- Project JRF: ₹37,000.
- Interested applicants should know that, Senior Project Associate: ₹42,000.
- Principal Project Associate: ₹49,000.
- The department has confirmed that, Project Scientist-I: ₹56,000, with the notified experience-based increment condition.
CSIR-CMERI Selection Process 2026
- Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance as well as overall assessment by the selection committee during the walk-in process. The institute may publish results on its website or communicate them by email.
