CUH Faculty Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- criteria is in line with the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers in addition to other Academic Staff in Universities as well as Colleges as well as Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education, 2018 (as amended from time to time) as well as AICTE / NCTE / PCI norms wherever applicable.
- Applicants must possess the prescribed qualifications in addition to experience as on the closing date of application (31 August 2026). Detailed qualifications are available on the authorized UGC / AICTE / NCTE / PCI websites in addition to the University website.
- Candidates should note that, Aspirants who applied earlier under Advertisement Nos. CUH/01/R/T/2025 along with CUH/02/R/T/2025 must submit afresh. They may seek refund of the earlier application fee if desired.
CUH Faculty Application Fee 2026
- The official notification states that, Payment must be made online through credit/debit card, net banking or the payment gateway provided by the University. Fees once paid will not be refunded (except in case the advertisement is withdrawn).
CUH Faculty Salary/ Pay Scale
- All posts carry UGC pay scales plus admissible allowances. Picked test-takers will be governed by the New Pension Scheme of the Government of India as extended by the UGC.
CUH Faculty Selection Process
- Selection is based on merit through all-India advertisement in addition to recommendations of duly constituted Selection Committees. Applications will be shortlisted/screened as per UGC Regulations 2018 (as amended) or applicable AICTE / NCTE / PCI / University norms.
- The University may assess teaching as well as /or research aptitude through a seminar, lecture or discussion on the use of latest technology at the interview stage. Assessment is based on evidence such as publications, project sanction letters, utilization certificates, patent acknowledgements in addition to Ph.D. award letters.
- Mere fulfilment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee a call for interview. The University may restrict the number of test-takers called for interview on the recommendations of the shortlisting/screening committee.
How to Apply for CUH Faculty Recruitment 2026
- Browse the department website of Central University of Haryana - www.cuh.ac.in .
- Fill the online online form available on the University website within the prescribed time limit.
- Pay the application fee online (if applicable).
- Submit separate applications along with pay separate fees for each post/department applied for.
- Upload required documents (caste certificate, PwBD certificate, Ph.D. compliance certificate, equivalence certificate for foreign degrees, etc.) in the prescribed format.
- No addition or modification will be allowed after submission of the online form.
- The conducting body has announced that, The closing date for submission of online applications is 31 August 2026, 11:00 PM.
Required Documents
- Self-attested copies of caste certificate along with /or medical certificate (for PwBD) in the format prescribed by the Government of India.
- Ph.D. degree compliance certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure I & II) for Assistant Professor applicants (as applicable).
- Candidates should note that, Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (for Ph.D. degrees from foreign universities).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer (for aspirants serving in Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies) at the time of interview.
- The official notification states that, Any other documents supporting requirements , experience as well as claims made in the application.
- Incomplete applications or applications without required documents will be summarily rejected.
Important Instructions
- Applications are accepted only in online mode.
- aspirants must assess their own requirements before applying. Suppression of information, fake documents or false statements will lead to disqualification in addition to possible termination even after appointment.
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwBD/EWS will be as per UGC / Government of India policies. Certificates must be in the format prescribed by the Government of India.
- All correspondence (including interview call letters) will be sent only to the e-mail address provided in the online online form. aspirants should regularly verify the University website for updates.
- Interested applicants should know that, No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, except return second-class railway fare for outstation SC/ST/PwBD test-takers on production of proof.
- Shortlisted aspirants must produce a medical fitness certificate from a Government / CGHS empanelled hospital before joining.
- The University reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement partly or wholly, increase or decrease posts , or cancel/suspend the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
