- AIIMS Raebareli has made available a total of 91 openings for Faculty posts across 35 departments including Anatomy, Cardiology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Radiology, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, in addition to others. - The department-wise distribution of these 91 posts across all 35 departments (such as Anaesthesia & Critical Care, Biochemistry, Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Radiology as well as others) is provided in detail in the government circular. AIIMS Raebareli Faculty Qualification
- For all four posts, aspirants must hold a medical qualification recognised under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (First or Second Schedule, or Part II of the Third Schedule), along with a recognised postgraduate qualification such as MD/MS, or an equivalent recognised qualification in the concerned discipline. For super-specialty subjects, applicants additionally require an M.Ch. (for surgical super-specialties) or D.M. (for medical super-specialties) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- test-takers holding a DNB qualification in broad or super specialties must submit documentary evidence of DNB equivalence with MD/MS/DM/MCh in line with the NMC notification dated 14.02.2022, as specified in the department notice.
AIIMS Raebareli Faculty Experience Requirement
- Experience of Dental, Nursing, as well as Physiotherapy colleges is not counted for any post. In the Department of Trauma & Emergency Medicine, applicants with MD/MCh in Emergency Medicine or Trauma Surgery, or MD/MS in General Medicine, Anesthesia, Respiratory Medicine, General Surgery, or Orthopedics may submit .
AIIMS Raebareli Faculty Age Limit
- Age Relaxation:
- No age relaxation is available to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD aspirants applying against unreserved openings . For applicants on the Deputation basis, the maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
AIIMS Raebareli Faculty Application Fee
- The application fee must be paid through the online payment gateway available on the AIIMS Raebareli website. test-takers applying for more than one post must register in addition to pay the fee separately for each post. The fee is non-refundable, as well as online applications submitted without the fee will be summarily rejected.
Lumpsum Remuneration (Contract Basis)
- Retired Faculty Consultants provided with campus accommodation are subject to deductions of Rs. 24,000/- (Professor Consultant), Rs. 22,000/- (Additional Professor Consultant), or Rs. 20,000/- (Associate Professor Consultant) plus applicable license fee.
AIIMS Raebareli Faculty Selection Process 2026
- Selection will be carried out by a duly constituted Standing Selection Committee. AIIMS Raebareli reserves the right to conduct a written examination in addition to the interview in departments where the number of applicants is 30 or more. No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.
