- Anaesthesia: A postgraduate medical degree viz., MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto.
- Anatomy: For Medical test-takers (Senior Residents): A postgraduate medical degree viz., MD/DNB in Anatomy from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto. For Non-Medical test-takers (Senior Demonstrators): a. The Candidate should possess M.Sc./ M.Biotech Degree in the subject concerned; along with b. Ph.D in the subject concerned / allied subject from a recognized University / Institute.
- Biochemistry: For Medical test-takers (Senior Residents): A postgraduate medical degree viz., MD/DNB in Biochemistry from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto. For Non-Medical test-takers (Senior Demonstrators): a. The Candidate should possess M.Sc./M.Biotech. Degree in the subject concerned, as well as b. Ph.D in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University/Institute.
- Cardiology: A postgraduate medical degree viz., MD/DNB in Medicine/Paediatrics OR DM/DrNB (Cardiology) from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto.
- Interested applicants should know that, Community Medicine: A postgraduate medical degree viz., MD/DNB in Community Medicine from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto.
- Dentistry: A postgraduate medical degree viz., MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics or Orthodontics or Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto.
- Dermatology: A postgraduate medical degree viz., MD/DNB in Dermatology & Venereology from a recognized university/Institute/or equivalent qualification thereto.
