All India Institute of Medical Sciences has officially issued the AIIMS Delhi CRE-5 Entry pass 2025. applicants who have applied for the CRE-5 Exam can now collect their entry pass from the authorized portal https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in/.

How to Check AIIMS CRE-5 Application Status 2026
  • It is informed that, Go to the government AIIMS Examination Section website: aiimsexams.ac.in
  • Click on the "Login" button on the homepage
  • Enter your Candidate ID or registered Mobile Number
  • Enter your Password
  • According to the latest notice, Click "Login" to open your candidate dashboard
  • Your AIIMS CRE-5 Application Status 2026 will be displayed on the screen
  • verify whether it shows Provisionally Accepted or Not Accepted
  • Interested applicants should know that, get or screenshot the status page for your records

Selection Process
  • Online Application (completed)
  • Candidates should note that, Application Status / Provisional Acceptance (current stage)
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) 25th to 27th July 2026
  • Skill Test (where applicable, for specific post groups)
  • Aspirants are advised that, Merit List preparation based on CBT as well as Skill Test performance
  • It is informed that, Choice as well as Preference filling for institutes/posts
  • Document Verification (DV) at the allotted institute
Required Documents for Document Verification
  • test-takers whose status is Provisionally Accepted as well as who later qualify the CBT must produce original documents at the Document Verification stage, including:
  • Educational qualification certificates along with mark sheets
  • According to the latest notice, Experience certificates (where applicable to the post)
  • Interested applicants should know that, Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), where applicable
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC), for Government/PSU/Autonomous Body employees
  • Any other document specified in the original recruitment notification
  • The uploaded documents as well as criteria of aspirants will be verified by the respective allotted AIIMS/institute during this DV process.
What After AIIMS CRE-5 Application Status 2026?
  • The official notification states that, aspirants marked Provisionally Accepted should prepare for the next stages:
  • As per the official update, Entry pass: AIIMS will release the CRE-5 Examination permit for eligible aspirants before the CBT
  • The conducting body has announced that, Computer Based Test: Scheduled for 25th–27th July 2026
  • Skill Test: Applicable for certain post groups after the CBT
  • Merit List: Prepared based on CBT ( along with Skill Test, where applicable) performance
  • Choice as well as Preference Filling: For institute/post allocation
  • Document Verification: Final stage before appointment
