UPSSSC Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 1829 Auditor and Assistant Accountant Posts

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC), Lucknow has officially announced Advertisement No. 14-Exam/2026 for Auditor and Assistant Accountant Main Examination (Pra0Ar0Pa0-2025)/15 with a total of 1829 vacancies across various departments. The notification was published on 03-06-2026 at upsssc.gov.in. Only those candidates who appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test-2025 (PET-2025) and have been issued a Score Card by the Commission are eligible to apply online from 14-07-2026 to 03-08-2026. Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application, i.e. 03-08-2026. Candidature is provisional and subject to verification of documents at subsequent stages. Criteria Details PET-2025 Prerequisite Only candidates who appeared in UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test-2025 (PET-2025) and have been issued a PET-2025 Score Card by the Commission can apply. Candidates with zero/negative/absent score in PET-2025 will not be shortlisted. Citizenship Indian citizen. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce + ‘O’ Level Computer Diploma (for most posts); exact qualification varies by department as per the relevant service rules. All qualifications must be acquired/possessed by the closing date 03-08-2026. UP Domicile Candidates not domiciled in UP are not eligible for reservation benefits and will be treated as Unreserved (UR) category. OBC Status Only OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates are eligible for OBC reservation benefits. EWS Certificate EWS certificate must be issued between 01-04-2026 and 03-08-2026, based on FY 2025-26 income, and valid for FY 2026-27. Must be on the prescribed format issued by UP Government (Office Memo No. 3/2019/4/1/2002/Ka-2/19TC.Si.-II, dated 14-03-2019). PwBD Eligibility PwBD candidates must possess a valid disability certificate in the updated prescribed format as per UP Government orders. Disability type and sub-type must be clearly mentioned in the application form. Women Candidates (Caste Certificate) For UP women candidates, only caste certificate issued from the paternal side (father’s family) will be accepted. Government Employees Candidates serving in Central or State Government must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer before applying.
